- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili pepper
- 40g breadcrumbs
- 20g dry oregano
- 60ml olive oil

Mushrooms are a tasty versatile ingredient. This stuffed mushroom recipe is great for entertaining.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalks. Combine the other ingredients together and fill the mushrooms. An extra tip: Add Parmesan cheese for more flavour.
Step 1
Carefully clean the mushrooms, removing the stems. Chop the chilli, garlic and parsley finely and combine with the breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and place them onto a lightly-greased oven tray.
Step 3
Place the tray into the oven. Cook at 200°c. Cooking time: 25 min.
